Plant-It


	Welcome to Plant-It! Students are growing a monocot (corn) and dicot (sunflowers) to determine the most favorable growing conditions (Problem) for maximum growth. Starting in January, data on growth will be shared over the Internet and students are asked to present the data in graphical form. The activity will develop observation, measurement and graphing skills. Grade level is 2-6. Checkout the Plant-It Activity Guide and request seeds from Paul Ekberg.

Data gathered by students will be presented in a weekly format in this area. Each week will represent a specific range of Growth Days. Plant Growth Data gathered can be represented in a graphical presentation. If your students would like to have their graphs displayed on this site, please send them to Paul Ekberg as an attached file.
